Return and Refund Policy

At Aalayam Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Note: Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Insoles or foot-care items that have been used

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Any product marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

  1. Email us at retails@aalayam.care with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  2. Our team will verify the request and guide you with the next steps.

  3. Once approved, you may need to ship the product back to us or schedule a pickup (where available).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacements

If you prefer, we can also provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you may only request a return after delivery.
